Being Fat—Again.
THIS is what i have been trying to tell some of my family members…not dramatic, just real life! diabetes kills, period. Wishing him luck….as someone with a grandfather who had a stroke and died at 48, a dad that had a stroke ALSO at 48 (but lived luckily) this stuff is real!
For most of my adult life I had one single claim.
“I used to be thin.”
Growing up I was abnormally thin. Didn’t matter what I ate I wouldn’t gain a pound. Then somewhere around 20-21 something happened. I soon got fat and I stayed there. I’d on occasion lose few pounds but gain it back. This continued right up until my 30th birthday. A few months after I turned the big 3-0 I found out something about triple bypass surgery.
Stay with me now…
